The two of you were literally bouncing off the walls, but now, it feels like the walls have come tumbling down and you are dead smack in the middle of the floor saying, “what happened to my soul mate that I met a few weeks ago?”.

    • Am I dating a narcissist?

Have you ever been over ecstatic about the beginning of a relationship, then a few weeks later you begin to question the sincerity of your new companion and your very own sanity? Or you experience bouts of isolation, self-doubt and uncertainty? Yeah, that sounds like true ingredients of a narcissistic relationship. My experiences and training in this arena is the core purpose of my desire to empower others who are or know someone dealing with this relationship type. The excursion of narcissistic relationships are very toxic yet so gradual, that you don't realize that you're participating until you've lost everything! Including your sanity, hope, loved ones, homes, cars, etc.

    • To share or not to share, that is the question.

Family talk, while not as popular via phone nowadays, keeping those lines of communication open are essential. The issues and concerns of family often appear in various packages. While some of them are expected, many of them are presented to us by surprise. In most cases, these packages tend to appear during adolescence, when the child is between 13 and 19 years of age. I’ve had an opportunity to reconcile issues of lifestyle choices, teens wanting to “get their wings,”not hot wings, and decisions on extended education vs. career now.

    • Should I jump back into the dating scene?

Most of our single’s community can also benefit from relationship coaching. They may have issues coping with a break up, dating, or moving on. Some circumstances could generate mixed emotions about a certain situation or simply about life in general. Whatever the issue is, I’m sure there is a remedy available. As they say, life is like swimming, you must keep moving in order to stay afloat.

    • What have I done for me lately?

Natural disasters, pandemics, and inflation, to name a few, has catapulted our stress levels to brand new heights. So the need to lean in on self-care is one of the best coping techniques there is. Thought it may sound selfish, it's nowhere near that.
